Made for ICOR Technology, the trailer and hitch were designed for a roving robot to carry accessories a long distance away from its operator.
The robot could release the trailer at a desired location by lowering the screw drive. Brakes would activate on the trailer once the front end touched the ground.
Due to the presence of the on-site machine shop, the majority of the in-house parts were made from machined metal. The body is the sole sheet metal part. Pre-made components were primarily selected from parts that were standard to other products in the ICOR line.
