Two Pelican cases, modified for ICOR Technology, to allow for the secure storage and shipment of a robot for bomb disposal, a tablet, and accompanying accessories.
I designed foam inserts to be built in the on-site machine shop; they were toleranced to fit tightly around the robot and tablet kits, respectively.
Brackets for the robot case were purchased and installed, to which ratchet straps would hold the robot in place while shipping. Sales staff tested the product in the field before offering it to clients.
